May 10, 2018 by Marc Jerbs

On Sunday, the Circuit de Barcelona in Spain will host the Spanish Grand Prix. The 66-lap race will cover a total race distance of 307.104km and will have 4.655km circuit length per lap. Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen holds the fastest lap record of 1 min 21.670 seconds which he recorded in 2008.

Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton finally won his first race of the season for himself and team. The win propelled him to first place with 70 points.

Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel moved down to 2nd place with 66 points while co-driver Kimi Raikkonen moved to 3rd place with 48 points.

A Spanish Grand Prix win by Mercedes or Ferrari would push the winning team to create a separation for 1st place.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel as the driver to beat on Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix.
